Yacht Management Assistant

About the role

This permanent, hybrid position supports Yacht Managers in a global yacht management company based in Monaco. You will act as a key liaison for yacht operations, ensuring smooth coordination across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with Crew, Technical, Safety & Compliance Managers, accountants and other assistants to ensure efficient yacht operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned yachts and assist during ISM, ISPS & MLC internal audits.
• Support crew certification processes and manage port arrangements, berth reservations and related requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to monitor operational expenditure against budget.
• Work with the Technical Manager on defect reports and technical matters.
• Organise travel plans for Yacht Managers, including flights and hotels.

Required profile

• Experience on yachts or with a yacht management company is desirable.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills, ability to balance priorities and manage time effectively.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Legal right to work in the EU and residency in Monaco, French or Italian border area.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Office).
