Guest Experience & Hotel Operations Internship

About the role

Join the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s operational office in Monaco for a six‑month internship focused on guest experience and hotel operations. You will work alongside senior leaders to turn guest feedback into actionable improvements and support projects that elevate service across the fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational projects that enhance guest experience and hotel operations, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Analyse guest feedback, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve service quality.
• Assist the quality‑assurance team in creating auditing tools and monitoring operational standards.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to various departments as needed.

Required profile

• Second‑year university student or recent graduate.
• Interest in luxury hospitality and large‑scale operational management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work on project‑based tasks.
• Willingness to collaborate across departments and learn from senior leaders.
