About the role

The Senior Manager, Cruise Hotel Operations, leads fleet‑wide oversight of the Rooms Division, Spa & Wellness, and Onboard Revenue functions for the Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection. This senior position bridges strategic direction with day‑to‑day execution to ensure every yacht delivers the brand’s ultra‑luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fleet‑wide oversight and guidance across Rooms Division, Spa & Wellness, and Onboard Revenue (Retail, Spa, ancillary streams).
• Monitor and drive performance across all yachts, ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational KPIs, and guest experience expectations.
• Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify trends, implement improvements, and elevate service delivery.
• Drive revenue performance by optimizing Spa & Wellness and onboard revenue streams while preserving the luxury experience.
• Ensure consistency in operational execution across the fleet through regular reviews, audits, and collaboration with shipboard leadership.
• Support the implementation of new concepts and initiatives by ensuring operational readiness and alignment across all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience overseeing rooms division, spa & wellness, and onboard revenue in a luxury hospitality or cruise environment.
• Ability to monitor and drive performance across multiple yachts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational KPIs.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret guest feedback and operational data, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Commercial focus with experience optimizing revenue streams while maintaining ultra‑luxury service standards.
• Experience conducting regular reviews, audits and collaborating with shipboard leadership to ensure consistent operational execution.
