Senior Rust Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Rust to design and build high‑performance backend services that power AI and machine learning workloads for large enterprises. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating reliable, scalable distributed systems in a Kubernetes‑native cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services in Rust for scalability and reliability.
• Build and maintain distributed systems deployed on Kubernetes.
• Contribute to production features for LLM and RAG‑based platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues in distributed services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 3+ years of professional experience using Rust as the primary language.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Strong background in distributed systems design and development.
• Familiarity with LLM, RAG, or vector‑search technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English.
