About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern for a period of six to twelve months. The internship offers hands‑on experience in the full recruitment cycle for internship positions, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in HR practices.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end recruitment process for internship roles, from posting to interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Set up interview appointments and ensure candidates receive timely communication.
- Partner with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters to deliver a high‑quality recruitment experience.
- Assist internal partners in making informed long‑term hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruiting system.
Required profile
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent people skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
