Multilingual Spa Therapist (Spanish/Russian) – 3‑Month Expedition

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Spa Therapist to join the crew of the Swan Hellenic Minerva for a three‑month expedition cruise running from 1 June to the end of August. The successful candidate will deliver a range of spa treatments and oversee traditional banya (sauna) sessions for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa therapies, including massages, body treatments and facial services.
• Act as the banya master, preparing and conducting sauna sessions in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa and sauna areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and addressing any special requests.
• Collaborate with the ship’s hospitality team to integrate spa offerings into the overall cruise programme.

Required profile

• Qualified Spa Therapist with proven experience in a hotel, resort or cruise‑ship environment.
• Fluent in either Spanish or Russian (required) and able to communicate effectively with international guests.
• Willingness to work on board an expedition vessel for the full three‑month contract.
• Flexibility to adapt to the ship’s schedule and guest needs.

Required skills

• Professional spa therapy techniques.
• Operation and management of a traditional banya/sauna.
• Spanish language proficiency or Russian language proficiency.
