French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will help customers from French- and English-speaking regions through voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through step-by-step solutions.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system.
• Identify trends, share feedback and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on priorities and product changes.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
