About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as a trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information through voice calls and live chat while building trust and ensuring every interaction feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.
