About the role

MARGY'S Monte Carlo, a renowned luxury skincare Maison, is seeking a passionate Luxury Skin Expert to join its flagship institute in Monaco. The successful candidate will deliver premium facial treatments, conduct thorough skin analyses, and guide clients through highly personalized skincare journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments following MARGY'S exclusive protocols.
• Conduct in‑depth skin consultations and develop tailored recommendations.
• Advise clients on product selection that matches their individual skin needs.
• Maintain service standards that reflect the Maison’s luxury brand.
• Contribute to commercial performance while building long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a luxury spa, high‑end beauty institute, or five‑star hotel.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Professional presentation suitable for an international, discerning clientele.
• Fluency in French and English; Russian, Italian, Arabic or Mandarin are assets.
