Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers in both languages, turning inquiries into positive experiences while helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
