Assistant Manager – Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a world‑recognised luxury fashion house as Assistant Manager in Monaco. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in leading, developing and motivating the boutique team.
• Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for commercial growth.
• Deliver personalised service to an international, high‑net‑worth clientele and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling and CRM.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, uphold boutique standards and act as brand ambassador, deputising for the Boutique Manager when required.

Required profile

• Proven luxury retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Floor Manager or Senior Sales Manager).
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long‑term relationships.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a premium retail environment.

Required skills

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to engage high‑net‑worth clients.
