Sales Broker – Superyacht Sales

About the role

The Sales Broker is a central figure in driving new business for a superyacht agency, generating leads, converting enquiries into sales, and supporting the broader commercial objectives of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales in line with targets, focusing on converting enquiries into confirmed yacht sales.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients and central agents, presenting well‑prepared yacht selections.
• Provide market advice, manage the sales process, and respond swiftly to any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with internal divisions and mentor junior team members.
• Support the Sales and Marketing Director with special projects to boost departmental performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in superyacht sales brokerage with a proven track record of successful transactions.
• Strong knowledge of yacht sales contracts, condition surveys, sea trials, and legal processes.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; French written and verbal skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of the superyacht market and sales procedures.
• Experience conducting condition surveys and sea trials.
• Ability to work with purchaser and seller legal advisors to finalize sales.
