Enterprise Architect – Contract (1 year)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect on a 12‑month contract to lead the design and governance of our IT architecture in Monaco. You will ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, drive digital transformation, and maintain a secure, scalable landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the enterprise architecture framework in line with business strategy.
• Collaborate with digital leads and project managers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines and best practices.
• Apply the Solution Architecture Framework and support project execution within the Stage Gate Model.
• Identify innovation opportunities using cloud, AI, IoT and other emerging technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration between new and legacy systems.
• Create and update architecture diagrams, models and documentation.
• Guarantee compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve complex architectural challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design or enterprise/solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, AI, IoT, security architecture and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
