Enterprise Architect

About the role

The client, an industrial company, is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a long‑term mission. You will design and oversee the organization’s IT architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals and supports digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the enterprise architecture framework in line with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business digital leads and IT project managers to gather requirements and deliver architectural solutions.
• Establish and enforce architecture guidelines, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across projects.
• Maintain the Solution Architecture Framework linked to the Stage Gate Model for digital project execution.
• Identify innovation opportunities and advocate for new technologies to improve competitiveness.
• Ensure seamless integration of new and legacy systems, minimizing disruptions.
• Create and update diagrams, models, and documentation in the EA tool to communicate current and future architectures.
• Enforce security standards and regulatory requirements across all architectural initiatives.
• Support IT teams by resolving architectural challenges and providing technical expertise.
• Report ICOSIT evidence to maintain excellence in EA activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to develop and implement architecture solutions aligned with business goals.
• Strong foundation in systems integration, infrastructure planning, and application development.
• Experience applying and enforcing architectural standards and best practices.

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• ITIL, SAFe, and other governance frameworks.
• Security certifications such as CISSP.
• Cloud architecture expertise, e.g., Azure Certified Solutions Architect.
• Proficiency with enterprise architecture tools and modeling.
