Enterprise Architecture Lead

About the role

As the Lead Enterprise Architect at SBM Offshore, you will shape the enterprise-wide architecture vision and drive alignment across business units. You will guide technology roadmaps, ensure scalability, security and performance, and act as the primary advisor to executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified enterprise architecture vision with organization-wide alignment.
• Manage architecture teams and oversee delivery of architectural projects, resolving technical challenges.
• Govern solution architecture frameworks and reference architectures to optimize performance, security and scalability.
• Define governance models to ensure compliance with security, performance and regulatory standards.
• Lead architecture committees and continuously evolve architecture frameworks.
• Manage Microsoft Center of Excellence execution and drive coherent data platform architecture.
• Set FinOps direction to optimize cloud consumption and implement OKRs for EA initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in enterprise or solutions architecture, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation and shaping long‑term technology roadmaps.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud migration, DevOps, AI and IoT initiatives.

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture frameworks and tools (TOGAF, ITIL, SAFE).
• Security certifications (CISSP) and cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect).
• Microsoft technologies and Center of Excellence governance.
• Data platform expertise (ISP, EDP, CDW, MDM, CDF).
• FinOps practices for cloud cost optimization.
