About the role

The role is a desk‑based technical sales manager within the Personal Insurance department. You will be responsible for promoting and selling complementary health, mutual, assistance and travel insurance products to individual customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell health‑complementary, mutual, assistance and travel insurance products, handling sales, subscriptions and contract modifications for private clients.
• Receive client and prospect inquiries via phone, email or face‑to‑face meetings and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Follow up on proposals to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
• Develop, saturate and retain a personal client portfolio.
• Participate in prospecting and loyalty campaigns defined by the department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and maintain completeness of sales tools.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 education in insurance or commercial studies.
• 3 to 5 years of successful experience with a broker or agency.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (individual health and provident insurance) and social protection.
