Group Yacht Finance Manager – Europe

About the role

The Group Yacht Finance Manager will lead a team of nine Yacht Accountants across Europe and support accountants in other offices. Reporting to senior yacht management, you will act as the primary financial liaison for the yacht fleet and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance processes, procedures and act as liaison with Corporate Finance and Legal.
• Ensure smooth financial operations of the managed yacht fleet, working closely with the Head of Yacht Management and fleet managers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all financial matters.
• Report yacht management revenue monthly, coordinate invoicing and assist in preparing and monitoring the division’s annual budget and financial performance.
• Oversee accounting for your assigned fleet, delivering detailed monthly accounts, budgeting, fund requests and supporting captains with financial operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a financial role, preferably within yachting, real‑estate management or aviation.
• Proven management experience.
• Strong client liaison abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
