Private Jets Sales Consultant – €42,000 base + 10% commission (Russian Speaking)

About the role

ACS is a private company that arranges passenger and cargo aircraft charters worldwide. As a Private Jets Sales Consultant you will act as the liaison between affluent clients and operators, managing the entire sales process so clients simply board the aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and their representatives.
• Organise private jet charter flights for business meetings, leisure trips and special events.
• Guide clients through every step of the charter process, from quotation to post‑flight follow‑up.
• Collaborate with a dedicated mentor during the first six months to master industry procedures.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑facing role within luxury products or services.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
• Fluent in Russian, English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and passport.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and eager to progress to senior responsibilities.
