Private Jets Sales Consultant – €42k + 10% commission (Russian speaking)

About the role

ACS, a private aviation company, is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to arrange private jet charters for high‑net‑worth clients and their representatives. The role combines luxury client service with travel, offering the chance to work on bespoke flight solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of affluent clients seeking private jet services.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end charter flights, from quoting to post‑flight follow‑up.
• Maintain strong relationships with operators, ensuring optimal aircraft availability and pricing.
• Deliver a premium, personalized experience that exceeds client expectations.
• Collaborate with a dedicated mentor during the first six months to master industry processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑facing role within luxury products or services.
• Fluent in Russian, English, and French.
• Strong customer‑orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s licence and passport.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in three languages.
