Reliability Lead Engineer

About the role

The Maintenance & Reliability Team Lead will guide a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems on offshore assets, focusing on predictive maintenance and long‑term integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities in line with company policies, developing and implementing reliability strategies.
• Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to meet regulatory standards and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and participate in incident investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance planning experience, including offshore FPSO work.
• At least 2 years offshore experience as a maintenance superintendent/supervisor.
• Proven leadership of multi‑discipline teams and experience with budgets and client interfaces.

Required skills

• Predictive maintenance techniques.
• Reliability analysis, RCFA and failure‑mode assessment.
• Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) usage.
• Compliance monitoring and incident management.
