About the role

The Senior Fashion Advisor will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales while upholding the boutique’s visual and service standards. This role combines customer relationship management, sales performance, and operational excellence in a high‑end fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service, addressing client needs, complaints, and preferences.
• Gather and record customer buying behavior to inform merchandising and marketing actions.
• Inform clients about upcoming events, store policies, refunds, and exchanges.
• Support VIP events and follow up with clients as required.
• Achieve cross‑selling and up‑selling targets while meeting overall sales goals.
• Maintain security procedures for merchandise throughout the sales process.
• Ensure proper replenishment, visual merchandising, and display standards.
• Operate the cash register accurately from opening to closing, safeguarding company assets.
• Assist the manager in reaching boutique objectives and manage cost allocation efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4‑7 years of experience in a comparable role within the high‑end retail fashion sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• High customer‑centric mindset and team‑oriented attitude.
• Effective conflict‑management skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
