Yacht Interior Manager

About the role

AHS, a Dubai-based ultra-luxury real estate developer and investment group, is looking for an accomplished Yacht Interior Manager to uphold an exceptional onboard experience and lead interior operations with professionalism and consistency. The role plays a central part in maintaining high service standards and supporting seamless guest experiences throughout each voyage.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all yacht interior operations to maintain exceptional guest service standards.
• Lead and supervise the interior crew, scheduling duties and monitoring performance.
• Manage inventory, provisioning and budgeting for interior supplies and amenities.
• Ensure cabins and guest areas meet luxury presentation and cleanliness expectations.
• Coordinate guest preferences, events and service delivery throughout each voyage.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience as a yacht interior manager.
• Educational background in hospitality management.
• Proven experience in UHNW guest-service environments, including serving the owner directly.
• Strong background in luxury housekeeping protocols, silver service and guest preference management.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to work a 6/6 rotation schedule.

Required skills

• Experience working with yacht management software.
• Valid STCW certification, ENG1 medical certificate and food safety certification.
