Integrity and Inspection Lead

About the role

As the Integrity and Inspection Lead you will drive continuous improvement of integrity and inspection disciplines across piping, hull, EX, corrosion, coating, topside structures and mooring. You will shape best practices, redesign processes using lean management and ensure lessons learned are applied to future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve methods and strategies for the Integrity & Inspection team based on operational feedback and lessons learned.
• Own the I&I CMMS dataset, ensure data quality, and analyse records to identify trends, anomalies and best‑in‑class learning.
• Engage with regional leads to optimise execution of the I&I strategy while considering technical and financial constraints.
• Perform offshore visits to verify adherence to global strategies and gather actionable lessons.
• Develop and publish global I&I Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.

Required profile

• University degree in an engineering discipline (industrial or mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in integrity and inspection within a complex industry.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement and lean process development.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI for dashboard creation.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems, specifically IFS.
