Operations Analyst Internship

About the role

Join Barclays as an Operations Analyst Intern in Monaco, supporting Private Bank and Wealth Management operations. You will help deliver high‑quality services, maintain controls and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives over a 6‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives, including processing, reviewing, reporting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate processes, identify improvement areas and recommend changes.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations on performance for senior internal stakeholders.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Active university student seeking a 6‑month internship.
• Strong organisational, analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
