About the role

The Private Banker – UHNW role is responsible for establishing and nurturing profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, acting as the bridge between the bank’s offerings and client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges and risk tolerance, and analyse investment portfolios and cash flows.
• Research client industry trends, regulatory landscape and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design customised solutions using a range of bank products and services to meet client objectives.
• Communicate value propositions, justify recommendations and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
• Provide expert investment advice, risk‑management and wealth‑management strategies while monitoring client satisfaction and revenue metrics.

Required profile

• Advise senior stakeholders on functional and cross‑functional impact, demonstrating leadership and accountability for risk management.
• Collaborate across business areas, create solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external partners.
