About the role
Join Barclays' Operations team in Monaco as an Operations Analyst intern, supporting Private Bank and Wealth Management activities. You will help deliver high‑quality operational services, maintain controls, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Process, review, report and resolve issues related to accounts, products and services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align and integrate Private Bank and Wealth Management processes.
- Identify improvement areas, develop procedures and controls, and support risk mitigation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on performance for senior internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Active university student seeking a 6‑month internship.
- Strong organisational, analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
