Private Banker – UHNW

About the role

The Private Banker – UHNW will establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, acting as the bridge between the bank’s offerings and client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, identify financial goals, challenges and risk tolerance, and analyse portfolio and cash‑flow data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Research client industry trends, regulatory landscape and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design customised solutions using a range of bank products and services, communicate value propositions and negotiate terms.
• Provide expert investment, risk‑management and wealth‑management advice, and keep clients updated on market trends.
• Assess financial, legal and operational risks, implement mitigation measures and document all client interactions for transparency.
• Monitor client satisfaction, revenue and other metrics to evaluate relationship effectiveness.

Required profile

• Vice‑President level experience with strong advisory and risk‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships and deliver innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership, accountability for risk and control, and deep understanding of banking functions.

Required skills

• In‑depth analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of wealth‑management products, investment strategies and regulatory environments.
